About The Program

The ICT Internship Program Phase-I, executed by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and sponsored by the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, was a groundbreaking initiative designed to prepare young graduates for the challenges of the professional IT world. Launched in May 2021, the program addressed critical skill gaps by providing on-the-job training to 2,700 interns, enabling them to become industry-ready professionals.

This initiative was part of PSEB’s mission to bridge the supply-demand gap in the ICT sector, fostering talent development, innovation, and job creation.
