The Pakistan–China B2B Conference was held in Beijing from 3–5 September 2025, alongside the official visit of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The event marked a milestone in advancing bilateral cooperation in digital technologies, innovation, and investment.
A strong delegation of 48 leading Pakistani IT and tech companies, facilitated by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), engaged with over 100 Chinese enterprises. The focus was on digital infrastructure, e-commerce, AI applications, cloud computing, and smart city solutions, with direct B2B meetings enabling strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion. Through its facilitation and industry representation, PSEB enhanced the visibility of Pakistan’s IT sector and strengthened its positioning as a trusted global technology partner.
MoUs Signed:
The conference resulted in the signing of 12 B2B MoUs between Pakistani and Chinese companies, covering areas such as software development, AI solutions, digital platforms, and ICT services. In addition, the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) signed a landmark G2G MoU with the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District Development (SHLID) to strengthen collaboration in IT development, promote investment opportunities, and facilitate business matchmaking between Pakistani and Chinese tech companies.
