IT Soft Skill Training Program

Introduction

The IT Soft Skills Training Program, sponsored by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and executed in collaboration with the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA), was a highly impactful initiative designed to enhance the professional competencies of Pakistan’s IT workforce.

The program delivered 48 hours of comprehensive modules on communication, leadership, and client management conducted in four cohorts across Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. It successfully trained 509 participants.
