The Prime Minister’s IT Skills Development Initiatives are flagship national programs launched under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) and Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). These initiatives aim to develop a highly skilled, industry-ready, and globally competitive IT workforce by equipping students, graduates, and IT professionals with in-demand technical expertise, internationally recognized certifications, essential soft skills, and practical industry experience.

AI-Powered Tech Bootcamps, a fully funded, 300-hour intensive training program designed to equip IT graduates and aspiring technology professionals with industry-relevant skills and practical experience. The program includes specialized training tracks, including Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), focusing on AI-powered solutions, software development, cloud infrastructure, system integration, and real-world project deployment.
Through hands-on training, practical projects, capstone assignments, and soft skills development, participants will strengthen their technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and employability, preparing them to meet the evolving needs of Pakistan’s IT industry and the global technology market.

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Prime Minister’s Initiative, is supporting Pakistan’s IT talent through the IT Certification Reimbursement Program, designed to help eligible IT graduates acquire industry-recognized certifications in high-demand technology areas.
The program aims to strengthen the technical capabilities of Pakistan’s IT workforce, improve professional employability, enhance organizational productivity, and increase the country’s competitiveness in the global technology market.
Reimbursement per approved certification.
Opportunity to complete up to three approved certifications, subject to program terms and conditions.
