About The Program Gain

The Global Advisory & Innovation Network (GAIN) is a flagship initiative of the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom. It aims to connect Pakistan’s digital economy with its global diaspora, multinational corporations, investors, and international agencies.

By institutionalizing global partnerships, GAIN transforms goodwill and expertise into tangible growth for Pakistan’s technology sector.

Through GAIN, Pakistan will benefit from mentorship, knowledge transfer, and policy guidance from international experts and corporate leaders.

The program enables IT and ITeS companies to access new markets, attract investment, and align with global standards. By bridging local innovation with global opportunities, GAIN strengthens Pakistan’s position as a credible and competitive digital hub.

The program’s framework rests on five key pillars — mentorship and advisory, market access facilitation, capital mobilization, policy input, and international branding. These pillars ensure that every engagement contributes to skills development, business growth, and long-term sustainability.

Structured activities include mentorship sessions, advisory clinics, and embassy-led networking events across priority technology domains.

GAIN will benefit a wide range of stakeholders, including Pakistani IT firms, freelancers, startups, and policymakers, as well as global investors and corporate partners.

For diaspora professionals, it offers a chance to contribute to national progress while gaining international recognition. For Pakistan, it serves as a bridge to global markets, investment, and innovation — driving economic growth and digital transformation.
