According to Foreign Exchange Manual 2002 Chapter 14 Clause 12, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) requires that any IT company willing to procure software from abroad first needs to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from PSEB in case of remittance above $100,000 or equivalent. However, no NOC from PSEB is required in case of remittance below $100,000. Please download, print, and clearly fill out this NOC form, and post it along required documents at the address given below.
