Approved by the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) in June 2021, the Karachi IT Park project represents a significant investment in Pakistan’s digital future.

 

With a total capital cost of approximately PKR 41.39 billion (USD 186.658 million), including a substantial loan from the Korean Exim Bank, the project underscores a commitment to international collaboration and technological advancement.

The IT Park is an eleven-story, self-contained building encompassing a covered area of 106,449 square meters.
