Pakistan-China B2B Conference 2025: Strengthening Digital Cooperation and Market Access

Beijing, China – September 3–5, 2025:

 

The Pakistan–China B2B Conference, held alongside Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s official visit to Beijing, concluded with significant progress in strengthening bilateral cooperation in the fields of information technology, innovation, and investment. Organized with the support of the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the conference brought together over 48 leading Pakistani IT and tech companies and more than 100 Chinese enterprises. The event served as a dynamic platform for business-to-business (B2B) engagements, joint ventures, and market expansion, with a strong focus on digital infrastructure, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and smart city solutions.

Through its facilitation and industry representation, PSEB enhanced the visibility of Pakistan’s IT sector and reinforced its identity as a Tech Destination. The branded Pakistan Pavilion, extensive matchmaking, and strong government-to-government engagement laid the foundation for long-term business linkages, investment opportunities, and export growth in the Chinese market.

Key Highlights & Achievements

12 B2B MoUs were signed between Pakistani and Chinese companies in areas including software development, AI solutions, ICT services, and digital platforms.
A landmark  was signed between PSEB and the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District Development (SHLID) to promote IT development, facilitate investments, and establish a long-term mechanism for business matchmaking.
The conference strengthened Pakistan’s positioning as a trusted technology partner in the Chinese market, creating new avenues for exports and cross-border collaboration.
Pakistani companies engaged in hundreds of B2B meetings, building valuable connections for strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
