Pakistan Showcases AI and Big Data Expertise at TechEx Europe 2025

Amsterdam, Netherlands – September 24–25, 2025

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication (MoITT), successfully represented Pakistan’s IT industry at TechEx Europe 2025 – AI & Big Data Expo, held in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The participation highlighted Pakistan’s growing expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Cloud Innovation, further strengthening the country’s presence in the European technology ecosystem.

The Pakistan Pavilion was officially inaugurated by Ambassador Syed Haider Shah, alongside PSEB Director Business Development Shahbaz Hameed and Commercial Counselor Shafiq Haider Virk. The pavilion served as a dedicated platform for showcasing Pakistan’s digital capabilities and fostering international business linkages.

A total of 21 Pakistani IT companies took part in the exhibition — 10 on-ground exhibitors and 11 represented through their European offices — attracting strong interest from global delegates seeking collaboration in outsourcing, automation, and data analytics solutions.

During the two-day event, the Pakistani delegation held focused B2B meetings with leading European tech organizations, including FAAC Technologies (Italy) and the International Trade and Investment Agency (Netherlands), to explore partnerships in AI-driven automation, investment facilitation, and trade promotion. Discussions were also initiated for setting up a dedicated Pakistan Pavilion at TechEx Europe 2026, further solidifying Pakistan’s long-term engagement with the European tech community.

A networking dinner jointly hosted by PSEB and the Embassy of Pakistan in the Netherlands brought together over 40 participants, including representatives from 15 Dutch companies and trade agencies, fostering meaningful dialogue and new collaboration opportunities.

PSEB’s participation at TechEx Europe 2025 underscored Pakistan’s potential as a reliable and innovative technology partner, while advancing the government’s vision to expand the country’s IT exports and global market presence.
