This promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is organized by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and sponsored by InfoTechGroup.com.

By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The Competition is open to all individuals worldwide.  If the winner is under 18 only their guardian can get the USD 1,000 cash prize as they can not travel alone.

2. Method of Entry and Winner Selection

To enter, participants must publish a public post on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or X (Twitter) using the hashtag #ThinkTechThinkPakistan.

The winner will be selected through a randomized draw conducted from among all eligible entries that meet the specified criteria.

3. Prize Details

The selected winner shall be entitled to choose one of the following two options:

• A return economy-class airline ticket from London to Lahore via a full-service international carrier (e.g., Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, or equivalent).
  Participants residing outside London may receive an equivalent monetary amount toward travel.
• Five (5) nights of hotel accommodation in Lahore at the Ramada by Wyndham (Deluxe King Room, full board with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included).
• A guided tour of the Walled City of Lahore, subject to scheduling and availability at the time of travel.

4. Cash Alternative

Should the selected winner be under the age of 18, or unable or unwilling to travel, they may elect to receive a one-time cash prize of USD $1,000 in lieu of the trip.

5. Travel Requirements

• The winner is solely responsible for ensuring possession of all necessary travel documentation, including valid passport, visa, and insurance.
• In the event of travel restrictions or denial of entry, the cash alternative will be granted by default.
• All travel must be completed within six (6) months of the winner’s announcement.

6. General Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be permitted, except as expressly provided herein.
• PSEB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time, without prior notice.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and media-related activities as requested by PSEB or the campaign sponsor.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• PSEB will take all reasonable steps to ensure the smooth execution of the prize but shall not be held liable for any personal injury, delays, loss, or damage incurred during travel.

InfoTechGroup.com bears no liability beyond the sponsorship of the prize components specified under Clause 3.
