Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), in collaboration with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) is setting up 65-SQM Pakistan Pavilion at Japan IT Week Spring happening at Tokyo Big Sight from April 8-10, 2026. The event brings together global innovators across software development, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

Japan represents a high-value, innovation-driven market with strong demand for reliable technology partners. A dedicated Pakistan Pavilion at prime location at the exhibition venue, accommodating 10 IT/ITeS companies from Pakistan.

Each participating company will be provided an exhibition booth featuring company branding, display infrastructure, and essential furnishings. A 60% subsidy on participation cost. Making participation more accessible for Pakistani companies.

Application & Payment Process

PSEB invites interested companies to submit their applications through the TDAP portal by January 30th 2026, along with a Pay Order of PKR 301,000/- In favour of   TDAP – Trade Development Authority of Pakistan: NTN: 9033400-7 – and dispatch to: Mr. Adil Mukhtar Deputy Director, TDAP 62-Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore 042 99230640. Company selection will be based on verified export performance (as per SBP records) and HR strength.

Important Notes:

• Companies shall arrange their own travel, boarding, and lodging.

• Participation fee is non-refundable in case of non-attendance for any reason

• PSEB’s facilitation letter to the Delegates
